The Saudi Arabian Rugby Federation held its Q2 Board Meeting on Wednesday, 30 July 2025, during which the following resolutions were approved:
- Conducting a workshop with Board Members to activate roles and clarify tasks and responsibilities.
- Approval to resubmit the change request for the Transformation Program 2.0 to the Saudi Olympic & Paralympic Committee for the necessary approvals.
- Coordination with facility managers to resolve availability issues and reschedule maintenance times.
- Approval to establish two additional committees: the Women’s Committee and the Medical Committee, with nomination of members across all committees.
- Sharing of regulations, policies, and procedures for review.
- Follow-up with the external auditor to issue audited financial reports.
- Establishment of complaint/reporting channels upon request.
- Voting on the dates of the Q3 Board Meeting for 2025.
